Return & Exchange Guarantee

At FTF Clothing, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure a hassle-free process.

By purchasing from our website, ftfclothing.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and how to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, when requesting a refund.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.

  • Items with removal of original tags or packaging.

  • Gift cards, personalized items, or special order items.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can initiate a refund request by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at info@ftfclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Step 2: Provide the following details in your refund request:​

    • Order number.

    • Item(s) you wish to return.

    • Reason for the return.

    • A photo (if applicable) of the item showing it is unused and in original condition.

  • Step 3: Our customer service team will review your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Process

Once your refund request is approved, please follow the return process:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return Address: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns.

We recommend keeping proof of return shipment for your records. FTF Clothing is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the product. If it meets the refund criteria outlined in this policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time frame for receiving your refund will depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account after processing.

  • PayPal: Refunds to PayPal accounts are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will only be refunded for the cost of the item(s) returned.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. The returned item must meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at info@ftfclothing.com. We will review the situation and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Check your bank or credit card account again. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Step 2: Contact your payment provider or financial institution to inquire about the status of your refund.

  • Step 3: If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at info@ftfclothing.com.
